Hazelnut Stuffing & Coating
Kumara and Cream Cheese stuffing balls
Kumara & Cream Cheese stuffing balls

This delicious mix has a unique, spicy but mild flavour, combining a middle eastern hazelnut spice, along with the more traditional ingredients that you would expect to find in a stuffing recipe. Simply use in place of breadcrumbs for a delightful nutty flavour on fish, schnitzel, chops, chicken pieces, roast meat (divine on a lamb rack or Roast Beef) and oven baked veges. Equally tasty with the addition of water and used as a stuffing mix for those who enjoy stuffing with their Roast Chicken or Turkey.

This versatile product has something for everyone, and some tasty recipe ideas included. The Kumara and Cream Cheese balls are very simple to put together, and an impressive luncheon idea for a special occasion, served with a crispy green salad, or on rice with a satay sauce. For those who are vegetarian, it can be made up as a very tasty loaf. For those who are vegan, it can be rolled into balls and shallow fried in oil for a delicious option with a dipping sauce - this is also a novel way to serve your stuffing with meat.

When using this mix as a coating, adding a delicious flavour (instead of traditional breadcrumbs). Simply dip the fish, schnitzel or chops in beaten egg, and coat with the hazelnut stuffing and coating.

To coat roast meat or veges when baking in the oven, give the meat or veges a light coating in Oil, then roll in the hazelnut stuffing & coating mix. Also a great addition to mince dishes, useful to thicken the dish with a fabulous flavour addition all in one.
