The Nut House is happy to provide a small range of Gluten-free products, from nut flour to assist with your baking requirements, to the special treats that we all need at some time!! Our products are produced in a registered kitchen, which does produce goods containing gluten. Procedures are followed and special care taken to ensure contamination does not occur. Products are produced in small quantities to ensure guaranteed quality.
Hazelnut Flour
Hazelnut flour is a valuable addition to the Gluten free diet, and is packed with nutrition. Produced from 100% pure ground Hazelnuts. Substitute up to 1/3 of the recommended flour requirement with Hazelnut flour, for a sweet subtle nut flavour, in all your favourite recipes.
This natural ingredient produced from cold pressed Hazelnuts is low in carbohydrate, high in protein, and a good source of dietary fibre.

Hazelnut Chocolate Brownie
This delicious moist fudge Brownie is certainly a wonderful treat in a Gluten-free diet. It has an excellent texture, will not fall apart, and has been eaten by many who have never known they are eating gluten free. This Brownie keeps well in the fridge for several weeks, and several months in the freezer, (only if hidden well!) It is a fabulous treat with a hot drink, and a great dessert served with natural yoghurt or berries and icecream.
